Currently serving as Deputy General Manager -Quality Assurance and Service Quality, Asad holds an MBA in IT from COMSATS and brings with him 26 years of diverse professional experience, including over two decades of specialized expertise in Service Quality and Quality Assurance. With his strong academic background and hands-on experience in quality management, he is well-positioned to further enhance and institutionalize our Quality Assurance and Service Quality functions.
